Manager – Shift Manager at the new restaurant in Bolesławiec

What will you be responsible for?
- managing a team of employees across the restaurant’s areas, including: the production area, sales area, back-of-house, dining area and outdoor grounds;
- carrying out and supervising cash-handling activities in accordance with the restaurant’s safety rules and the procedures in force at McDonald’s;
- working at individual stations in the restaurant, when necessary;
- performing all tasks assigned by the employer within the scope of the entrusted work, including responsibility for the assigned area of the restaurant’s operations.
- Note: the scope of duties is always adapted to the employee’s disability and capabilities.

- no experience in the food service industry is required– at the beginning of your employment, we provide an introduction and all necessary training, but if you already have industry experience, that is even better
