The incident took place on Monday, August 9, before 10 a.m., at the playground on Łukasiewicza Street in Bolesławiec. The case was described by a reader of The Bad Bunzlauer:
Walking past the playground today with my children, next to the Primary School on Bielska Street, I saw a young man standing in the bushes without his trousers and masturbating. Mothers, caregivers, grandparents! I advise you not to let children go to the playground without an adult; you never know what kind of guy he is. I didn’t manage to take a photo of him because, when I started calling the police, the idiot ran away from the playground.
The woman also provided a description of the man:
He was wearing a blue T-shirt and later began putting on purple shorts. The man had short, dark hair and a tanned complexion. He was about 30 years old and approximately 175 cm tall.
The passerby notified the police. They went to the scene, but the indecent man was already gone.
The woman added:
According to conversations with neighbors, he was there yesterday too and was doing the same thing. Unfortunately, no one reported it. If you see a suspicious man anywhere, call the police immediately! For your safety and the safety of your children.
