A young man climbed onto the canopy above the entrance to the police station on Armii Krajowej Street and allegedly threatened to blow up the building.

“The police officers immediately began talking to the man. A police negotiator arrived at the scene. The negotiations lasted six hours. Around 2:00 a.m., the police forcibly brought the man down from the roof. The 37-year-old was taken to a specialist hospital in Bolesławiec. Below is a video of the operation:
