On Saturday, 21 August, at 3:00 p.m., we are starting the fourth edition of Glina Show. FIT STYLE ZONE has prepared fantastic attractions in the town at Bankowa Street.

  • Pole Dance – dancing using a gymnastics pole, combining gymnastics, dance and fitness.
  • Street Workout – a gymnastics demonstration using body weight and a specially prepared exercise area.

In the special fitness zone, Fit Style Zone town at Bankowa Street (park)

  • kettlebell pressing (women: 16 kg, men: 24 kg),
  • pull-ups,
  • hand massages – relaxation, soothing and loosening of the hand muscles,
  • upper-body massages – relaxation, soothing and loosening of the upper-body muscles,
  • free physiotherapy consultations – a meeting and conversation with physiotherapists,
  • natural spa & wellness cosmetics demonstration – a presentation of cosmetics used for spa & wellness therapy,
  • competitions with prizes – this slogan is enough for now, as we are still developing the ideas and regulations

  • 3:00 p.m. ZUMBA show – a performance by Magdalena Kwiatkowska-Korczowska and Joanna Piekarz’s ZUMBA dance team
  • 3:30 p.m. FITNES show by FIT STYLE ZONE: Pole Dance and Street Workout demonstrations, competitions with prizes, free physiotherapy consultations, hand and upper-body massages, and a natural spa & wellness cosmetics demonstration
  • 4:00–5:00 p.m. BODY PAINTING show – painting models by artists from Spółdzielnia Rękodzieła Artystycznego „Ceramika Artystyczna”, Andrzej Pachom from Ceramika Artystyczna Kaola – Kaola Studio, and artists from Ceramika Millena, as well as a film-makeup demonstration by Jadwiga Raczko, a graduate of SzkolArt Wrocław
  • 5:00–6:00 p.m. MUSICAL show: a recital by Wiktoria Parkita promoting the album „Sięgając po marzenia” and a mini-concert of acting songs prepared by young artists: Eliza, Filip and Magda!
  • 6:00 p.m. Drum parade: GLINA SHOW participants walk around the market square accompanied by a drummers’ ensemble
