Police:

The pandemic is still ongoing, and many restrictions related to this exceptional situation remain in force. Even without a positive coronavirus test result, we may be placed under quarantine. It is worth keeping up to date with the regulations, especially when travelling abroad for a holiday, so that nothing surprises us after returning.

As part of their patrols, police officers visit people who are under quarantine and check whether they remain at their place of residence.

What are the consequences of failing to follow the rules?

Officers: – The regulations provide for the possibility of imposing a fine of up to PLN 30,000 on people who fail to comply with quarantine rules. The decision on the exact amount of the fine is always made individually.

Please note! Quarantine is suspended for the duration of the test ordered by a primary-care or night-care physician (the journey to the swab collection site and the return home).

As reported by the Bolesławiec police, on Wednesday, 4 August there were as many as 212 people under quarantine or isolation in Bolesławiec County.
