– From July 30 to August 1, police officers carried out 170 interventions in Bolesławiec County, checked 76 vehicles and nearly 380 people – reports asp. szt. Anna Kublik-Rościszewska, press officer of the District Police Headquarters in Bolesławiec. – They seized five vehicle registration certificates from cars in poor technical condition and searched for a missing woman.

Friday

  • A 54-year-old perpetrator of domestic violence was arrested. After consuming more than 2 per mille of alcohol, he started an altercation at his place of residence and was taken to police custody.

Saturday

  • Bolesławiec community police officers arrested a 27-year-old passenger-car driver who was subject to a court-imposed driving ban and had methamphetamine in his possession.
  • Traffic police in Brzeźnik stopped a resident of Lubań County who also violated a court-imposed driving ban by getting behind the wheel.
  • Police officers from Legnica, while serving in Bolesławiec, arrested a 34-year-old man with marijuana who was wanted by the court because he had to serve a six-month prison sentence. It also turned out that the man had drugs in his possession.

Sunday

  • During the night from Saturday to Sunday, community police officers checking a vehicle in which a 37-year-old man and a teenage girl were sitting found 150 retail portions of marijuana. The arrested resident of Bolesławiec County has already been charged in the case. The perpetrator had previously been convicted of drug-related offenses.
  • Police officers from Kruszyn arrested a 36-year-old woman who was taken to the prison in Wrocław. The wanted woman had to serve a five-month sentence for a traffic offense.
