A reader contacted us and wrote:
Hello, this is what the intercoms on Kosiby and Starzyńskiego streets look like, and Spółdzielnia Bolesławianka is doing nothing about it. They are dirty, sticky, damaged and calling for service, while residents continue to be charged for servicing and maintenance together with their rent, so where are the servicing and maintenance.
Here is the response from the “Bolesławianka” Housing Cooperative:
On behalf of the “Bolesławianka” Housing Cooperative, I inform you that an inspection of the condition of the intercoms following the report received from you confirmed the condition described in the reader’s complaint. The company responsible for maintaining the intercoms was asked to promptly restore them to proper condition. The glass panels will be replaced by the end of July this year, and the remaining work will be completed by the end of the current week.
