The Leśnik Osiecznica senior team will train under the guidance of Janusz Kubot in the upcoming season. The 62-year-old coach has taken charge of the fourth-tier team following the departure of coach Radosław Szajwaj, who will lead fourth-tier Łużyce Lubań in the upcoming season.
Janusz Kubot is a well-known figure in football and coaching circles. He is a graduate of the BKS Bolesławiec youth academy. As a player, he played as a midfielder. As a coach, he managed clubs including Zagłębie II Lubin, Pomerania Police, Orlen Płock, Kania Gostyń, Chrobry Głogów, Miedź Legnica, Czarni Żagań, Zawisza Bydgoszcz and KS Górnik Polkowice.
