The construction work includes, among other things, demolishing the existing crushed-stone surface, constructing a stormwater drainage system with service connections and street inlets, and constructing surfaces for some individual access roads. The project also includes constructing a pedestrian and cycle route, an asphalt-surfaced cycle path, pavements and access roads.

The contractor is “Ogrody Jagielski” from Bolesławiec. The investment costs PLN 1 941 555. The funds come from the budget of the City of Bolesławiec. In 2015, lighting was installed on Ptasia Street. At that time, 57 light points were installed.

It is worth recalling that new roads with a combined length of more than 1,350 m are also currently being built in the area of Ptasia and Widok streets. They are located in an area designated for single-family housing. After the project is completed, approximately 100 plots with single-family residential development are planned to be sold in this area. The cost of this project is PLN 2 475 845, with 50 per cent co-financing from the Municipal Roads Fund.
