The incident took place on Friday, July 2, at one of the petrol stations in Bolesławiec. After 5:00 a.m., a young man came to the station and sat down at a table. And he simply sat there. When it became clear that the “customer” had no intention of ordering anything, the employee asked him to leave the shop premises. He became angry and hit her.
According to the Bolesławiec police, the 34-year-old resident of Świeradów-Zdrój violated the bodily integrity of the injured woman and received a PLN 500 fine. The attacked employee may pursue her claims in civil court.
