Stanisław Brach’s series “Honey-Born” stems from an entirely different way of thinking: the artist does not so much create as co-create with non-human beings, respecting their work and way of functioning in the world.30.07.–30.09.The series of works by Stanisław Brach, “Honey-Born,” stems from an entirely different way of thinking: the artist does not so much create as co-create with non-human beings, respecting their work and way of functioning in the world. These works are a manifesto of solidarity with insects, without which, scientists show, our planet’s ecosystem is doomed to destruction. We owe bees much more than just honey, including one-third of what we eat. The exhibition will be presented in two locations: at the “W sam raz” Gallery of the Bolesławiec Cultural Center–International Ceramics Center and at the gallery of the Cyprian Kamil Norwid Municipal Public Library–Knowledge Center in Bolesławiec, Głowackiego Street31.07.10.00Wiadukt Plaza, Wróblewskiego StreetSUMMER FESTIVAL 2021Tue 10.00–18.00Wed 09.00–16.00Fri 09.00–16.00Tue–Sat 10.00–16.00Sunday 11.00–16.00Museum of Ceramics, City History Department, Kutuzowa Street https://muzeum.boleslawiec.pl“Iconography of Bolesławiec” exhibition, prepared as part of the “Gateway to the World of Collections” project; online eventfree remote participation1–31.07.Tue–Sat 10.00–16.00Sunday 11.00–16.00regular ticket PLN 8, reduced ticket PLN 4, free admission on Thursdays; free admission for children and school students1–31.07.Tue–Sat 10.00–16.00Sunday 11.00–16.00regular ticket PLN 8, reduced ticket PLN 4, free admission on Thursdays; free admission for children and school students JulyBOK–MCC Cultural and Educational Center “Orzeł”Holidays with BOK–MCC SUMMER VOCAL WORKSHOPS for children and young peopleTHEATER WORKSHOPS “THEATER ACADEMY” for children and young people
