During Wednesday’s session of the Bolesławiec City Council, Piotr Roman provided data on this year’s deaths in Bolesławiec. As of Monday, June 28: 357 burials, which is as many as 120 more than during the same period in 2020.
Kazimierz Łomotowski, head of the Municipal Housing Management Office, added that Bolesławiec residents are increasingly opting for urn burials. P. Roman added that it will be necessary to purchase new columbaria.
And he noted:
We are to meet with a company that is considering building a crematorium in Bolesławiec.
