A fatal accident occurred last Saturday on national road no. 94 between Chojnów and Krzywa. “Preliminary findings by officers of the Traffic Department indicate that, for undetermined reasons, the driver of an Opel moved onto the left-hand, opposite lane on a straight section of road and collided head-on with an oncoming DAF truck,” reports junior inspector Jagoda Ekiert, press officer of the Municipal Police Headquarters in Legnica. “Activities carried out at the scene were conducted under the supervision of a prosecutor. All circumstances of the incident are currently being clarified.”
