Marcin Pałasz is the author of books including “Everything Begins with Dreams,” “Very Wild Stories,” “License to Fall in Love,” “A Cosmic Quarrel,” “Ptaś and Miaugosia,” and “Tales from the Land of Monsters.” He studied astronomy and later worked at an advertising agency. “My contrary nature led me, eventually, to start writing books,” the writer says on his website.
He says of himself: “As an incurable dreamer, I value rainy evenings with a good book and a cup of green tea. My passion for books caused consternation among the librarian and, already in the first grade of primary school, she demanded written permission from my parents for me to read the novels of Jules Verne...”
Pałasz will meet with children on Monday, January 25, at Galeria Format (Miejska Biblioteka Publiczna, ul. Sądowa). It begins at 10:00.
