As in previous years, the Ceramic Festival in Bolesławiec will take place on the penultimate weekend of August. From 18 to 22 August 2021, Bolesławiec Market Square will host one of the largest ceramics fairs in Europe.
Local ceramics manufacturers are preparing a wide range of products decorated with the world-famous Bolesławiec patterns. During this period, a number of local factories will open to the public, who will be able to observe the ceramics production process. Many unique products will also be on display in the factories’ ceramic gardens.

It is a festival of ceramics, cooperation and the exchange of experience in this industry that is unique on a European scale. It is also an opportunity to discover Bolesławiec’s tourist attractions and spend time actively in an atmosphere of good fun and numerous attractions. This recurring event is also a feast for the senses attuned to art, as it is accompanied by numerous exhibitions of outstanding ceramic artists, arranged not only at the local Museum of Ceramics and in the gallery spaces of the Bolesławiec Cultural Centre – International Ceramics Centre, but also among the old-town buildings “under the open sky”. During the Bolesławiec Ceramic Festival, every discerning visitor will find something for themselves!
