– In April and May 2021, officers of the Customs and Tax Service of the Lower Silesian KAS inspected premises located in the counties of Zgorzelecki, Złotoryjski, Bolesławiecki, Lubański, Jaworski, Lwówecki, Legnicki, Kłodzki and Ząbkowicki, as well as in the cities of Bolesławiec, Legnica, Zgorzelec, Wrocław, Polkowice, Głogów and Świdnica. Police officers from the headquarters in Zgorzelec, Bolesławiec, Legnica, Wrocław, Lubań, Świdnica, Kłodzko, Jawor, Głogów and Polkowice also took part in the searches – says Agnieszka Rzeźnicka-Gniadek, press spokesperson for the Lower Silesian National Revenue Administration.

And she adds:

A total of 75 gaming machines and cash amounting to PLN 46,225 were found in the inspected premises. The devices and money found were detained as evidence in the case and transferred to a deposit warehouse.

It is worth emphasizing that the inspected locations were already known to the officers; activities resulting in the seizure of illegal gambling machines had been carried out there repeatedly.
