As the city authorities report:

From June 15, the SPP office’s opening hours are being extended. The office is open on Mondays, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., from Tuesday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m..

Moreover, one additional person will handle incoming phone calls.

Let us recall. On June 9, we reported that we had received several notifications regarding the Paid Parking Zone office. A reader wrote:

In Bolesławiec, the Paid Parking Zone is scheduled to operate from July 1, 2021. Therefore, in order to park normally in the city center, one must obtain an appropriate identifier. However, at present this is handled by the BCC Center service point. The staff consists of two women and a security guard. Naturally, telephone information is available [...]. But no one answers it throughout the entire day. No one responds to emails sent to the address provided [...]. Assuming that each customer takes several minutes, several dozen people will be served during a single working day. And there are few days left until the end of the month; as of today, probably fifteen.

And added:

Naturally, I do not want to mention the queues that may form there, or the negative opinions expressed at such gatherings, not necessarily in polite language. Perhaps someone should look at this with an objective journalistic eye and ask the city authorities whether they would be willing to streamline the process.
