The event was also attended by residents of the 1st and 2nd Community Self-Help Homes. The sports competitions were prepared by the Municipal Sports and Recreation Centre in Bolesławiec.
The sporting competition was accompanied by performances from the Żeliszowianki ensemble, a wonderful atmosphere and sweet refreshments. Bolesławiec Mayor Piotr Roman planted the “Tree of Optimism” on the grounds of the Senior+ Home.
The gathering was an opportunity for friendly conversations and for the residents of the facilities to renew their relationships. The participants were accompanied by the motto: “Optimism is the faith that leads to the goal.”
