Officers from the Police Station in Kruszyn, carrying out activities related to a burglary in Warta Bolesławiecka Municipality, identified and detained the perpetrator. KPP Bolesławiec:
The 31-year-old resident of Bolesławiec County broke a window to enter a residential building and stole a wallet containing cash in a foreign currency.
But that was not the end of it. During their investigation, officers established that the same man had another burglary on his record—of a house in Bolesławiec Municipality. He stole items that were part of the rooms’ furnishings.
The detained man confessed to the crime and gave an explanation. He could now face a sentence of between one and as many as ten years in prison.
