City Hall officials:

People registered or residing in the Paid Parking Zone are entitled to park free of charge in the Zone, exclusively on the street where they are registered or reside, or on a directly adjacent street, on the basis of a parking identifier (issued for one vehicle). The parking identifier is issued for a period of 12 months.

For people who park regularly (e.g. those working in the Paid Parking Zone) and are registered or reside in Bolesławiec, a Resident of the City period pass has been prepared (issued for one vehicle). It can be purchased for a period of between 1 month and 1 year. The fee for one month is PLN 20; for a period of 1 year, PLN 200. The pass can be paid for at the Paid Parking Zone Service Office.

They add:

For people who park occasionally in the Paid Parking Zone and are not registered or residing in Bolesławiec, a period pass for any road user has been prepared (issued for one vehicle). It can be purchased for a period starting from 1 month. The fee for one month is PLN 240, as well as a bearer period pass, which can be purchased for a period starting from 1 month. The fee for one month is PLN 600.00.

Who is exempt from fees?

The following are exempt from parking fees in the Zone:

  • holders of a parking card issued to a person with a disability, if the vehicle displaying the parking card is parked in a designated place appropriately marked for this purpose,
  • drivers of marked municipal service vehicles and services connected with the city's technical infrastructure while performing official duties;
  • vehicles supplying commercial premises located along public roads covered by the Paid Parking Zone, during deliveries of goods for up to 30 minutes;
  • taxis in spaces designated for them or while waiting for a passenger, but for no longer than 10 minutes;
  • permanently marked vehicles belonging to institutions providing transport for people with disabilities who have difficulty moving.

What are the rates?

Parking fees for motor vehicles in the paid parking zone, in a designated place, from Monday to Friday, except public holidays:

  1. up to half an hour – PLN 1,
  2. for the first hour – PLN 3,
  3. for the second hour – PLN 3.60,
  4. for the third hour – PLN 4.30,
  5. for the fourth and each subsequent hour – PLN 3.

Paid parking zone fee hours: on weekdays, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m..
