The incident took place on Friday, May 28, near Kliczków. After 12:00 p.m., two vehicles—a Volkswagen and a Mercedes—collided. One person was injured.
According to the officers’ findings, the driver of the Mercedes, a 46-year-old resident of Bolesławiec County, failed to maintain a safe distance and rear-ended the Volkswagen driven by a 62-year-old Bolesławiec resident. The latter was injured and taken to hospital for further tests. It is not yet known how serious his injuries are.
The police are carrying out activities in connection with the accident.
