Warning! Limited access to Bolesławiec City Hall

The City Hall informs:

The office will operate internally, with the exception of:

1. the Registry Office, where only the following matters will be handled in person:
   • registration of a death,
   • registration of a birth;
2. the Department of Civil Affairs, where only the following matter will be handled in person:
   • collection of an identity card.

These matters can be handled in the office building at 1 Piłsudskiego Square, ground floor, at the Customer Service Office window.

It adds:

The remaining services will be provided by the City Hall exclusively:

• by telephone,
• by email,
• by traditional mail,
• through the ePUAP electronic inbox,
• through the obywatel.gov.pl website.

When handling matters by traditional mail, the application together with a complete set of documents and, if applicable, proof of payment should be sent to the City Hall address: Urząd Miasta Bolesławiec, ul. Rynek 41 – ratusz, 59-700 Bolesławiec. You should also provide the address to which return correspondence is to be sent.

Before any possible visit to the office, please contact us by telephone first. By calling the telephone numbers provided, you will receive information about the applicable procedures, required documents and applicable fees. It is also possible to contact the office by email. All measures taken are intended to reduce the risk of illness for both you and the employees of Bolesławiec City Hall.
