The incident occurred on Wednesday, May 26, after 12:00 p.m., at the intersection of Modłowa and Cieszkowskiego streets. Two vehicles collided: a Ford and a Volkswagen.
According to the officers’ findings, the VW driver, a 20-year-old resident of Bolesławiec County, failed to maintain a safe distance and rear-ended a Ford driven by a 47-year-old woman from Legnica County.
Fortunately, no one was injured. The Volkswagen driver was fined PLN 250.
