During Wednesday’s session of the Bolesławiec City Council, independent councillor Mirosław Sakowski asked Mayor Piotr Roman whether, due to the pandemic, he had set a preferential rate for outdoor dining areas at restaurants. P. Roman:

Thank you very much for that question. In my modesty, I did not want to talk about it.

And he asked Deputy Mayor Renata Szewczyk to answer the question. R. Szewczyk:

We are implementing a kind of shield for restaurateurs. In his order, the Mayor of Bolesławiec set a preferential rate of one złoty, which will apply until the end of October.

Piotr Roman:

I would add that this rate came from the restaurateurs. They proposed a rate of 1 złoty, and we accepted it. We hope this will allow our restaurateurs to get back on their feet a little.
