Of the three projects submitted, two received funding: “Renovation of county roads no. 2308D, Żeromskiego Street, and 2309D, Łasicka Street, in Bolesławiec” and “Reconstruction of county road no. 2273D between Bożejowice and Otok.” The total value of the funds obtained is PLN 4,480,000.00!
As part of the first planned investment, more than one kilometre of the streets will be renovated, along with sidewalks on both sides of the road. The value of the project is PLN 1,600,000.00, with the funding covering 80% of the costs. The own contribution will be financed from the funds of Powiat Bolesławiecki and the City of Bolesławiec.
The second planned investment, “Reconstruction of county road no. 2273D between Bożejowice and Otok,” includes the reconstruction of almost 1 km of the road surface, along with sidewalks, road shoulders and pedestrian-and-cycle paths. In addition, five intersections, three bus bays and one bridge structure will be reconstructed. The value of the project is PLN 4,000,000.00, with the funding covering 80% of the costs. The own contribution will be financed from the funds of Powiat Bolesławiecki and Gmina Bolesławiec.
In 2020, the same road was reconstructed along the Bolesławiec–Bożejowice, Ocice–Gościszów and Gościszów–Mściszów sections, covering more than 3,860 m, at a total cost of PLN 1,592,232.54. The project was financed from the funds of the Local Government Roads Fund, the City of Bolesławiec, Gmina Bolesławiec and Powiat Bolesławiecki.
In the following years, the modernization of a 1.2 km section of road in Otok is planned, from the sports field to the end of the village.
