    • amending Resolution No. XXVI/303/2021 of the Bolesławiec City Council dated 27 January 2021 on granting subsidies for conservation, restoration or construction works on monuments entered in the register of monuments or included in the municipal register of monuments,
    • on removing roads from the category of municipal roads by excluding them from use as public roads,
    • on detailed principles, methods and procedures for granting relief in the repayment of civil-law receivables, defining the conditions for the admissibility of state aid and indicating the bodies authorised to grant it,
    • on not pursuing receivables arising from the compensation referred to in Article 10(1)(1) of the Act of 8 March 2013 on counteracting excessive delays in commercial transactions,
    • on adopting the Family Support Programme in the Bolesławiec Municipal Commune for 2021–2023,
    • on the issue of municipal bonds and the principles governing their sale, purchase and redemption.
