The incident occurred on Tuesday (18 May) in the centre of Luban. On a May afternoon, three people (two men and a woman) were drinking alcohol on one of the benches. To make the time more enjoyable, they bought two bottles of dishwashing liquid and then poured it into the fountain.
When a large amount of foam formed in the fountain, other people at the Luban market square notified the municipal police and identified the perpetrators, who are already known to the officers. In addition, the entire incident was recorded by surveillance cameras. The Luban municipal police announce that they will submit a request to the court to punish the three people, as fines do not make an impression on them.
