The aim of the project is to remove barriers related to employment, increase the social and professional activity of people with severe or moderate disabilities, help people from the supported group enter the labor market, and help them remain employed.
Project admission criteria:
- people residing in the Lower Silesian Voivodeship,
- aged 18 or over—up to retirement age,
- unemployed or economically inactive status,
- a certificate confirming severe or moderate disability.
Forms of support offered:
- preparation of Individual Action Plans (IPAs),
- residential vocational activation workshops,
- on-site active job-search workshops,
- rehabilitation internships,
- work placements,
- vocational and qualification-enhancement training (e.g. language courses, computer training, driving courses),
- specialist coaching/psychological support,
- individual vocational counseling and assistance in finding employment,
- support during employment, at the workplace.
All FAR activities addressed to project Beneficiaries are free of charge.
