The Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 6 May states that from 8 May to 5 June hotels will reopen. Ministers:
When hotel services are provided in a hotel facility [...], no more than 50% of the rooms in the facility may be made available to guests. The restriction on the number of rooms made available does not apply to stays by soldiers of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Poland or allied forces who are temporarily present in the Republic of Poland.
Outdoor restaurant terraces to reopen
As reported by rmf24.pl:
The regulation provides that from 15 May to 28 May, restaurants will be allowed to serve meals on outdoor terraces. This will also apply to sales at petrol stations. It is stipulated that every other table on a terrace must remain unoccupied, and the distance between tables must be at least 1.5 metres, unless a partition at least 1 metre high, measured from the table surface, is placed between the tables.
