The incident took place on Tuesday, May 4, in the afternoon. The emergency services received a report that a man who was probably drunk was driving around the Jana Pawła II housing estate in Bolesławiec. The alleged road menace was stopped on that very street. He was… simply sitting in a car that was parked on the road.
The man was arrested and his blood was drawn for testing. If it turns out that he had been driving the car drunk, he could face up to two years in prison.
