Let us recall: at the end of October this year, an indictment was filed against 10 people who defrauded phones in Germany in 2004. All the suspects pleaded guilty.
Several dozen people from Lower Silesia are involved in the case, the vast majority of them residents of Bolesławiec and Złotoryja. Using forged documents, including documents confirming registration in Germany, the defendants signed contracts and obtained mobile phones for a symbolic fee, which they then sold for PLN 50–100 to the organizers of the scheme.
In December this year, the District Prosecutor’s Office in Jelenia Góra filed an indictment against a further 13 people. All 13 submitted applications for voluntary submission to punishment.
