Municipal officials:
The project will include, among other things: insulation work on the foundation walls, façade work (plastering), thermal modernization of the walls, and insulation of the basement ceiling and flat roof. The scope of work also includes the renovation of stonework and wooden floors, balcony repairs, roof repairs, and work on building joinery.
How much will it cost?
The investment will cost PLN 498,960. The funds come from the budget of the City of Bolesławiec. The contractor will be Drecon from Szprotawa.
The City Hall adds:
There are seven apartments in the tenement building. All of them are municipal apartments managed by MZGM. At the same time as the thermal modernization work, the heating system in three units will be changed to gas. After the system is changed, all apartments at 8ab Obrońców Helu Street will have environmentally friendly heating.
The investment is scheduled for completion in October 2021.
