KPP:

After determining that a resident of Bolesławiec County might possess narcotic substances, officers searched the garage used by the 31-year-old. When the officers arrived at the building, the door was open and the man was inside. Asked whether he possessed substances prohibited by law, the suspect firmly denied it.

But the truth proved to be different. During the search of the garage, officers secured drugs hidden in a metal box and a motorcycle boot. More illegal substances (methamphetamine) were found at the 31-year-old’s home, in a kitchen cupboard.

Tests conducted by a forensic technician confirmed that the secured substances were marijuana and methamphetamine, amounting to more than 300 commercial doses.
