Officers from the Traffic Department of the Bolesławiec District Police Headquarters stopped a passenger vehicle travelling at a very high speed on the A4 motorway in the direction of Wrocław. KPP:

At the wheel was a 46-year-old resident of Legnica County. The man explained to the officers that he had just finished a night shift and was hurrying home after work. The speed measurement showed 219 km/h.

And adds:

The 45-year-old was fined and received penalty points.

We appeal to drivers to exercise common sense and caution on the road, comply with traffic regulations and adjust their speed to the prevailing road conditions.
