Officers from the Police Station in Kruszyn identified a person suspected of damaging a vehicle. KPP:
Using a screwdriver, the 29-year-old resident of Warta Bolesławiecka Municipality tore off the car’s logo badge and scratched the paintwork. The damage was valued at PLN 800.
The officers added: “The suspect is well known to the Bolesławiec Police because she has committed various offences against property in the past.”
The woman did not admit guilt, stating that she had wanted to… steal the BMW, not damage it. The 29-year-old now faces a sentence ranging from three months to as many as five years in prison.
