The special housing act entered into force on 22 August 2018. Its purpose is to introduce regulations enabling the faster implementation of investments, including by simplifying and improving administrative procedures.
The subject of the resolution of the Bolesławiec City Council was the determination of the location for the construction of a multi-family residential building with an underground garage, site development and the necessary technical infrastructure at Reymonta Street and Sienkiewicza Street, regardless of the provisions of the local spatial development plan for the city of Bolesławiec.
The application to determine the location of the housing investment at Reymonta Street and Sienkiewicza Street in Bolesławiec was submitted by Expiro Tomasz Nuckowski. The Mayor of Bolesławiec conducted the formal and legal procedure specified in the Act and forwarded to the Bolesławiec City Council a draft resolution together with opinions, comments and the results of the consultations. Due to the location of eight plots at Reymonta Street and Sienkiewicza Street within the boundaries of existing local spatial development plans, the mayor also submitted environmental impact assessments of the plan provisions prepared for those plans, as well as an ecophysiographic study.
The Bolesławiec City Council adopted a resolution determining the location of a housing investment consisting of the “construction of a multi-family residential building with an underground garage, site development and the necessary technical infrastructure on plots no. 290/1, 290/2, 290/3, 290/4, 291/2, 291/3 and 291/4, precinct 8, at Reymonta Street and Sienkiewicza Street in Bolesławiec.”
The building planned on the plots covered by the investment at Reymonta Street and Sienkiewicza Street will have a maximum total residential floor area of 2,100 sq m. The building will contain 40 apartments. The investment includes, among other things, 40 parking spaces, including 26 spaces in the underground garage. The L-shaped building will have four above-ground floors and one underground floor.
