The Bolesławiec City Council session is underway. The Mayor of the City of Ceramics Piotr Roman spoke, informing councillors about the pandemic situation in the county. As the mayor emphasised, there is no problem with oxygen at the Bolesławiec ZOZ, which is the result of very good decisions by hospital director Kamil Barczyk and the Bolesławiec County Board. (The facility was equipped with an additional source of oxygen in advance.)
Piotr Roman added that, according to K. Barczyk, our county is somewhat of a green island: fewer residents are being admitted to hospital. So far, 12% of the population of Bolesławiec County have been vaccinated.
The mayor added that after Easter, a Central Vaccination Point will open in the gymnasium of I LO in Bolesławiec. It will be possible to vaccinate as many as 1,600 people there per day.
We will certainly return to this topic.
