The incident took place on Friday, March 26, in the afternoon, in the town of Raciborowice. The driver of a Renault, a 34-year-old resident of Bolesławiec municipality, made an incorrect reversing maneuver and hit a parked Volkswagen Golf.
As it turned out, the Renault driver was completely drunk; he had over 3‰ of alcohol in his system.
The extremely irresponsible 34-year-old was detained by traffic police. He now faces up to two years behind bars.
