While travelling to Szklarska Poręba, we made a citizen’s arrest of the driver of a car that was stopped in the middle of the lane, right on a bend on the main road from Świeradów-Zdrój to Szklarska Poręba!!!
The driver was lying on the seat, and we wanted to provide him with first aid (we suspected a heart attack), but it turned out that the driver was asleep!!! And intoxicated!!! (That is putting it mildly, because he did not even know where he was).
The bomb-disposal specialists from the 23rd Silesian Artillery Regiment in Bolesławiec add:
Due to the danger (heavy traffic, a sharp bend and a snow-covered road), we had to move the car to a safer location and direct traffic until the police patrol from Świeradów-Zdrój arrived.
