The incident occurred on Thursday, March 18, in the evening, in the town of Łąka. While parking, the driver of a Volkswagen, a 55-year-old resident of Bolesławiec, hit a BMW.
As it turned out, the woman from Bolesławiec was completely drunk. She had almost 3‰ of alcohol in her system. What's more, she was subject to a court-imposed driving ban.
The 55-year-old could now face up to five years in prison.
