The A4 motorway near the Chojnów–Złotoryja exit will be closed for several hours. Several road incidents occurred there.
In one of the aforementioned collisions, as many as nine trucks collided. As reported by polsatnews.pl, no one was injured.

– At around 6:30 a.m., the duty officer of the Municipal Police Headquarters in Legnica was notified of the first road incident at kilometre 73 of the A4 motorway, just before the Chojnów/Budziwojów exit toward Zgorzelec. The driver of a Scania heavy goods vehicle failed to maintain a safe distance from the Renault vehicle ahead, causing a collision. Then, several minutes later, at kilometre 74 of the A4 motorway, several collisions involving nine heavy goods vehicles occurred – reported asp. Anna Grześków of the Municipal Police Headquarters in Legnica. – Police officers are currently carrying out activities that will allow traffic to resume, while also establishing the circumstances and causes of these incidents.
