A Bolesławiec resident repeatedly called and sent messages to his former girlfriend over the past month. He harassed the woman at her home and workplace. He started arguments during which he insulted and threatened her and violated her bodily integrity.
They add:
Moreover, immediately after receiving a ban on contacting and approaching the victim, he went to her, disregarding the prosecutor's order.
What's more, he tried to force the woman, through threats, to withdraw her incriminating testimony. The man was detained. At the prosecutor's request, the court remanded him in temporary custody for two months.
The 28-year-old now faces a possible sentence of between six months and as many as eight years in prison.
