Officers from the Police Station in Kruszyn identified the perpetrator responsible for property damage that occurred on March 11 in the Warta Bolesławiecka municipality. KPP:
Investigators determined that the perpetrator, repeatedly kicking, damaged the engraved glass elements and mailbox located at one of the private properties.
The vandal was arrested and charged with intentional property damage valued at PLN 1,200. The suspect now faces a sentence ranging from three months to as much as five years in prison.
