Of course! Like every form of investment. There are no money-making methods that involve no risk whatsoever. Sometimes the risk is greater, and sometimes smaller. In the case of investing in a condo hotel, a disadvantage is having no influence over how the property is managed. For this reason, before signing an agreement, it is worth finding out who will serve as the operator. It is also important for the property to be located in a highly tourist-oriented area. If, however, an investment in a condo hotel is properly considered, it can certainly be expected to generate a relatively high return.
