Jelenia Góra criminal investigators detained a 21-year-old woman from one of the towns near Jelenia Góra, suspected of fraud. “As police officers established, from November 25 last year to March 1 this year, the woman offered masks and various types of clothing for sale on an online portal. The 21-year-old collected payments from interested buyers into a bank account, but did not deliver the goods, thus misleading customers,” reports Sub-Inspector Edyta Bagrowska, press officer for the Municipal Police Headquarters in Jelenia Góra.

In this way, she defrauded at least 16 people of a total amount of approximately PLN 3,000.
