The collision occurred on Tuesday (2 March), after 4:00 p.m., at the intersection of Piastów Street and Spokojna Street in Bolesławiec.
According to police findings, a 49-year-old man driving an Opel failed to yield the right of way to an Audi traveling lawfully, driven by an 18-year-old.
The person responsible for the collision was fined.
