The “Wspierajmy Zdrowie” Foundation primarily brings together employees of the Bolesławiec SP ZOZ. In October 2008, the Foundation obtained public benefit organization status. Residents of our county can support its activities by donating 1% of their income tax.
The organization has already raised more than PLN 10,000. Below, we publish the donors’ thanks.
We would like to sincerely thank all our donors who donated 1% of their tax to the “WSPIERAJMY ZDROWIE” Foundation. This was the first year of our activity in which we were able to obtain funds from the 1% donated to the Foundation. We are very proud of the large number of friends who wanted to help us. We believe that it was thanks to your great generosity that we managed to raise PLN 10,050.
In such difficult times, people need to be closer to one another. Human sensitivity is a great treasure that must be nurtured. We are pleased that, even in such times, there are still people of great generosity who understand the need to help fulfill the mission of the “Wspierajmy Zdrowie” Foundation. On behalf of ourselves and those in our care, we sincerely thank you for this.
Thanks to the funds raised, small medical equipment was purchased and donated to the Healthcare Team in Bolesławiec, including high-quality anti-bedsore mattresses, electronic non-contact thermometers and a dermatoscope, particularly useful in diagnosing skin cancers and, above all, in preventing malignant melanoma.
The Foundation was not established to accumulate unused funds in its account, but to provide ongoing support for initiatives and projects arising from its statutory tasks. To all those who trusted us and who wish, through us, to support suffering and sick people—we extend our heartfelt thanks. However, we are fully aware that these words cannot express either our feelings or the feelings of those who, thanks to you, dear friends, will receive tangible support.
