The incident occurred on February 20 in the evening on Kubika Street in Bolesławiec. Two people, including a 37-year-old man, were returning from a party. At one point, the 37-year-old man was attacked by a group of unidentified people.
As a result of the beating, the man suffered a fractured femoral neck. He was taken to hospital, which he left at his own request.
Actions are underway to establish the attackers’ identities and arrest them. They could face up to three years in prison.
