The efficient progress of the work in the building is paradoxically aided by remote learning, which is necessary during the coronavirus pandemic. The buildings are deserted, making it easier to carry out essential renovations, including for the purpose of thermally insulating the roof of the I LO gymnasium building. Work at height during painting is a considerable challenge; such work was already necessary at the city’s representative sports hall.
Bolesławiec County Starosta Tomasz Gabrysiak is already announcing the allocation of an additional PLN 75,000 to renovate the hall’s facilities as well, along with the smaller rooms adjoining it, the changing rooms, the staircase and the fitness room.
The new standard will surely please not only the secondary-school students, but also athletes who often appear here as guests במסגרת various sports competitions at regional and even national level.
