We Know How Much Was Raised. Bolesławiec Residents Less Generous for WOŚP Than in Previous Years

In 2019, the Bolesławiec fundraising headquarters raised PLN 128,000. In 2020, more than PLN 219,000. Today, by 8:45 p.m., PLN 68,000 had been collected at the Bolesławiec headquarters. The counting is still underway, so the final amount will certainly be higher, although the record is unlikely to be broken.

What do you think is the reason Bolesławiec residents are less generous this year?

The Bolesławiec headquarters reported that PLN 150,917.01 had been raised, but there will still be further payments from nighttime auctions.

Despite the difficult situation related to the restrictions, preparations for the 29th Finale of the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity in Bolesławiec are in full swing. Unfortunately, it will not be like the finales we know from previous years, but tailored to the realities and possibilities of our times.

This year's edition will be held in a hybrid format. On Sunday, 120 volunteers will collect donations throughout the city using WOŚP collection boxes.
